Keziah is a woman of extreme work ethic and dedication. She's a nightshift ER nurse who, when I first met her, was fully remodeling her home with her now husband.
Keziah had a lot of life in the works. She was planning a wedding, getting ready to go back to school for an additional intensive nursing degree, and managing the many ins and outs of medical care. It's a lot.
Yet, for Keziah, she took it on with a smile . . . and maybe a sarcastic remark.
As often as I found myself in awe of this remarkable woman I found myself laughing with her.
Keziah's dedication to getting things done happens to come with a much needed sense of humor and an easy smile.
The time I spent with her was full of insight and laughter. She talked about her future plans and I couldn't help but get excited with for her.
She was going to work hard for the life she wanted, she made that crystal clear.
New knowledge, new home, new husband, new vacations . . . Keziah is building a life that will be full of happy memories, and she is putting in the work to do it.
Photographing Keziah was easy.
I'd look at the back of my camera and just grin because I knew, I KNEW, we were capturing beauty . . . and it was all Keziah.
No extra frills, no distractions, nothing elaborate or complex.
Just this beautiful woman full of love and determination.
Keziah wanted something to give her new husband, her high school sweetheart, as a gift on their wedding day.
He got a book full of portraits of a stunning and confident woman that he's going to spend the rest of his life with . . . a treasure trove dedicated to the most loved woman in his life.
Keziah was sensual and dreamy and sultry.
She was excited and enthusiastic and trusting.
She's a woman who knows what she wants and who she is.
And man! She is fiery and beautiful!
