Waiting On Spring

This portrait was one of my first tests in doing a composite image where I took other small pictures and combined them into one image.

I just love those little blossoms.

While we did put moss on Marinna, it was not nearly as much as what is shown here. Much of it was added in post production.

Also, do you see those little flower blossoms? Those were added in thanks to photoshop and my iPhone.

Black and white or color- its a constant battle for me

I wanted to create an idea of Spring.

I wanted to represent waking up after a long slumber and coming back to ones self.

Can it be Spring yet?

With cold weather setting back in here in PA the idea of Spring is heartwarming.

Marinna, thank you for letting us cover you with cold earth, dirt, and cheese cloth in chilly October weather. You are a champion!!
